Faded glory, it's sad...
But not as sad as knowing that people that you like, are suffering.

true.............. it is sad but not as sad as people that you know are suffering like you said.
But faded glory is (in my opinion) not sad at all if it is brought back to live so new generations can enjoy it.
And you have done a wonderful job here.
I hope you do not mean that you yourself are the faded glory, cause you've proven to be so much alive.

love this kind of photography.
It leaves a lot for my mind to run free as well :-)

Yes, Karina, I guess faded glory is good...
It means that we survived! :-))
And yes, I am and feel very much alive, but this photo, unintended, shows something that I've learned:
We are alone in true sadness and pain.
No matter how much others are loving us, and supporting us.
Thank you very much, Karina!

true again, but it also made us what we are today.......proud girls that had a bumpy road to get where we are in life today.
And i am sure we will meet some bumps on the road again but we will come out stronger again.
This thought keeps standing me straight and strong and i hope it works for you as well.
Never forget where you came from and always keep an open mind about your future where everything is possible.
Thinking like this keeps me humble and rich at the same time.

I agree on all points!
And yes, it keeps me standing too.
Besides, what choice do we have.
We keep standing, going, crawling, until we drop.
While we are trying to see, the beauty of life where we can.
I feel fine, I'm just sad if I think of others who are not.
We are all on our own lonely bumpy road, up or down.
But I guess it's a good thing that the road is not endlessly flat...
So boring... :-))
And that there are crossroads where we meet each other for a moment.
I am so glad that I meet You from time to time, Karina!
Thank you so much, for that!

I've seen the series, there are photos that I really like the play of shadows and the silver side, other images I like less do not know why. In any case you are a fighter. Greetings

Yes, Dámaso, same for me.
Some of them are better than the others.
My choice of 'good' photos is limited a bit, with the self portraits.
Even more than usual I mean. :-))
Yes, I am a fighter I think, or at least I've become one.
Sometimes life leaves us little choice.
Thank you very much, Dámaso!

Alweer iets gans anders. Hier hou ik wel van omwille van de mooie pose.

Nadja said...

Hartelijk dank, Colourit!

This one is important, yes.
I love this one.
I saw myself with the age that I am with this one.
Instead of the young girl/woman that I still feel I am inside, sometimes, with my arrested devellopment. ...
And I was happy about it.
Thank you very much, Erin!
