Do you recognise her?
We had a real great shoot.
Much fun, much talking.
If I have anything to say in it, we will work more together.
:-))

Oh! I heard that some people think I did the light spots with Photoshop.
Not true!
I get the light spots by using only the light of the external flash.
And, I put the flash behind a piece of fabric with patterns.
The fabric has thick pieces where the patterns are, and is less thick where there are no patterns.
Also, the patterns themselves are coloured, the other pieces are not.
This way it gives the light spots.
This photo has no photoshop effects.
It is as it is made.

En of ik haar herken.
Zei heeft zo'n mooi en expressief gezicht dat er geen verf genoeg is om die schoonheid te bedekken.

Super fraai belicht weer Nadja.
Tis een plaatje (beide) :-)

Hartelijk dank, Karina!
Meerdere malen met hetzelfde model werken loont zich, denk ik.
Je leert mekaar wat beter kennen en dat uit zich in de foto's.

Yes, well, this one does not have the extra effects that I used to do with this series.
Like the kind of solarisation' effect. '
Something I did not do with a Photoshop filter, by the way.
I do that manually.
And I need more natural versions to have some variation in my final work with 8 photos of 8 different women.
And I think this photos of Sara are perfect for that.
I got a little tired of the effects, too.
I alrady edited a whole lot of photos for this series!
Thank you very much, Robert!

She "addresses" the camera (and the viewer) directly with her gaze. And I like the way the light catches a ring on each hand.

Yes. We did the 'bodypaint' shoot before these photos.
We were both more relaxed, I think.
We knew eachother better, resulting in better photos.
She did a real good job with the posing.
And we had a lot of fun on both shoots.
I love the ring- lights, too.
:-))
Thank you very much, Jan!
