Oké, the last one in the sword and knife series.
I think I will work with props more.
It gives the models something to work with.
I love this one because it shows what a sweet 'warrior' Daisy really is.
:-))

I think we should thank our wonderful assistant Sofie for the warrior session...
Because when I saw the sword I said we had to use that, but I almost forgot!
Sofie is so great!
As a model and as an assistant!
She has many good ideas and she sees and thinks about everything.
I would offer her a contract if I could!
:-))
You are welcome, Daisy!
Next time we will work in a nice background.
I have ideas already.
I am going to do tests this weekend.
I'm thinking about using the big attic I have here at home for a new model series.
Since we are in Belgium it would take to long if he have to wait for dry and lighter days.

Thank you very much, sweet warrior!
Big XXX!

Oh and...
Thank you Sofie!
I will place one of the photos I made of her when she was playing test model that evening later.
She was a real good test- model, too!

Also a marvelous picture... The calmness and sweetness that shines of her face makes this a very natural pose. Pity that the stories of the 'goddess with the sword' ends here...
Hoping that the next saga can be as good as this one was... I said it before, and i say it again, you are a real photography artist and knows how to get the best out of your models...
Butt can i ask to get something straight? I thought it was my idea to use the swords... :-)

Nadja said...

No, no no, Rudy!
I demand the credit for the sword idea!
I saw them when I arrived at Sandra's place and said it would be nice for the photos.
If I remeber well, you were not there at the time.
:-))
Of course...
I have a real bad memory...
As Sofie, and probably your wife now, too, can confirm. ...
:-))
Getting the most of your model is what I try to learn.
I think it's the most important thing for a portrait photographer.
After all, the other technical things, everybody can learn that.
But you need some social skills, too, I think.
My super charming personality helps a lot with that of course...

Maybe the fact that I look like a comedy act when photographing helps the models to relax, too. ... Haha.

Thank you very much, Rudy!
I think it's a real good sign if the husband of the model likes the photos.

No problem, Rudy.
I know you have great ideas.
I was thinking the whole time now:
We could make a real nice photo- club!
We have a couple of photographers, real cool assistants/models and models.
Only one problem:
Chances are we would be making more fun than actually photograph...

I only model, hahaha... ;p

No problem, Daisy, I didn't even notice the spelling was wrong.
We will make you the muse of the photo club.
After all, it's not so easy to find good models.
We must take good care of them.
:-))

I think we can find some men for the hard and dirty jobs.
Like cleaning up the club space after the sessions.
